You may have already read this on Heather and Joel’s blog, and indeed the photo below was taken by Heather, but I thought this was too Sudawesome to overlook.
Last week, just outside our fence, we saw fireworks Sudan-style. A palm tree on fire! Spraying fire! And nobody was hurt! And no forest fires started! Pure unadulterated Palm-Pyrotechnical-Prowess, it was phenomenal! (it’s better if you pronounce that “penomenal” for my personal alliterative amusement)
